After an assertive pricing scheme that paved the way for a 40pc fall in Irish car insurance premiums from 2003 to 2007, QUINN Insurance has finally increased its private motor premiums. Quinn Insurance Limited General Manager Colin Morgan has recently confirmed this rise in car insurance premiums.
